The Young and the Restless star Courtney Hope shared an update about a Dec. 4 car collision in the Hollywood Hills, saying that while it was a “heavy moment,” it was also “overwhelmingly beautiful.”

The actress, who plays Sally Spectra on the long-running CBS daytime show, thanked everyone who reached out in a now-deleted Instagram story, saying, “I'm just so thankful that everyone involved was okay.”

Hope, 34, who appeared to have collided with another family’s car right in front of famed magician Harry Houdini’s estate on Laurel Canyon Boulevard, said that the accident ended up being fortuitous.

“I also just have to say the most wild experience was how positive and overwhelmingly beautiful it ended up being hanging out with, you know, the guy [other driver] and his family, and my family, and people that witnessed that stayed for hours and workers and neighbors.”

They even ran into another celebrity's team after the fender bender.

Oprah [WInfrey]'s team was at the Houdini house and them coming down, and it was like, by the end we were like, laughing and taking photos. And I know that sounds absolutely crazy and ridiculous, but I was in shock of how, in such a really heavy moment, something beautiful can come out of it. Honestly, like all that mattered was that, like, we were all okay.”

Captioning her stories “Gods grace was beaming” and “God is good,” Hope posted photos of the collision — including smiling pics with the other family involved.

“We just spent the next few hours obviously handling logistics and brushing off the stress and the shock and the you know, all of the above but what was important was that you know, we were having this experience with with a whole other family and other people,” she shared.

“Everyone was just focusing on the positive and that everyone was just so grateful that everyone was okay. And so we were just laughing at the beauty of life and the irony that we're in front of Houdini's house and like. It was just crazy.”

By the end of the encounter, Hope says, they were "exchanging numbers and taking photos and it was, like, I'm so thankful for that experience.”

She continued: “It was so eye-opening to see that in the midst of darkness there is light… it was life changing. And I don't know. I feel like something bigger was happening. I don't know what. And like, I didn't even know we were in front of Houdini's house until I was talking to the insurance and they were like, ‘What's your address?’”

Although she wasn’t quite sure of the significance, admitting, “There's a lot to unpack there,” Hope concluding her musings by saying “I really appreciate everyone that reached out — and priorities are everything, man. You know what really matters is human beings. So, you know, kindness and love and gratitude goes a long way.”

And while Hope added “I don't know if our cars are totaled,” she did end up needing a rental, but found positivity in that as well, sharing a picture of a keychain danging off the steering wheel that read: LUV is in the air.

“It sure is,” Hope commented.
