YG and Tyga have reportedly pulled the plug on their upcoming Str8 To The Klub Tour, as several dates have been officially cancelled. The tour was first announced on July 18 and was set to feature Saweetie as a co-headliner as well as Kamaiyah, Wallie The Sensei, and DJ Vision as opening acts. Kicking off on Sept. 21 in Sacramento, the trek planned to hit 14 arenas across North America.

However, fans started receiving notifications starting Sunday (Sept. 10) about show cancellations and pending refunds, leaving many confused due to the lack of explanation from the artists.

“Why tf did the Str8 to the klub tour dates in San Francisco & Sacramento get canceled wtff. I spent $600 for meet & greet tickets to meet Tyga & now I cant even go cause y’all cancelled, wheres our refunds???” one disappointed fan tweeted. Another wrote on Instagram, “Waking up and seeing y’all cancelled the tour what’s going on?”

Although YG and Tyga have not addressed the axed shows yet, they did share an update on Monday (Sept. 11) that they will be coming out with a joint project titled Hit Me When U Leave the Klub: The Playlist on Sept. 29. The announcement enraged fans even more, causing YG to disable his Instagram comments.

“YALL FINNA DROP MUSIC TOGETHER BUT CANCEL THE TOUR? WHA?” reads one of the top replies under Tyga’s most recent IG post. Check out the project announcement below.

Both proudly hailing from the West Coast, the 4HUNNID owner and “Rack City” rapper have dropped off plenty of collaborations together in the past. In 2023 alone, they joined forces on tracks like “PARTy T1M3,” PLATINUM,” “West Coast Weekend” with Blxst, and “BIRTHDAY” by Saweetie. In the past, they’ve delivered joint hits like “Go Loko,” “Bop,” and “MAMACITA.”
