The Goop founder, 46, fired back at a fan who questioned if the Oscar-winning actress could even cook, despite Paltrow publishing four cookbooks over the past decade.

"Yes I (expletive) cook," a visibly irritated Paltrow said during an Instagram Live video, which was widely shared across social media by fans over the weekend.

She added, "Do you think I would pretend to write cookbooks if I didn’t cook?"

Paltrow thanked her supporters for "defending me," before turning her attention back to the skeptic troll: "(Expletive) that person!"

Paltrow's latest cookbook, "The Clean Plate: Eat, Reset, Heal," was released in January, featuring recipes for Turkey Meatball Pho, Sheet Pan Chicken Broccolini and other healthy options.

"The challenge of making super clean recipes incredibly delicious comes to fruition on January 8th with the release of the clean plate!" she wrote ahead of the book's release.

Paltrow's other cookbooks are "My Father’s Daughter: Delicious, Easy Recipes Celebrating Family & Togetherness" and "Notes From My Kitchen Table" – both published in 2011 – and 2013's "It's All Good: Delicious, Easy Recipes That Will Make You Look Good and Feel Great."
