‘Yellowstone’ star, Ryan Bingham, to host daylong Fort Worth event. Here’s what to know

“Yellowstone” star and musician Ryan Bingham is bringing a new kind of western experience to Fort Worth this fall.
Bingham and Live Nation are partnering on “The Great Western,” a one-day celebration focused on the “rich and diverse cultural heritage that shaped the great American west.” Dickies Arena will host the event on Oct. 12.
The event will feature live music, rodeo events and more. Tickets go on sale via Ticketmaster at 10 a.m. Friday.

Bingham is headlining the event and will be joined by Shane Smith & The Saints, Tanya Tucker, Shaboozey and Fort Worth native, Louie TheSinger.
The rodeo events will feature bull riding athletes from the Bill Pickett Invitational Rodeo, Cuernos Chuecos, Indian National Finals Rodeo and more. There will also be inter-tribal dances inspired by American Indian traditions.
Outside Dickies Arena, the plaza will be transformed into a hub for music, food and art.
Daytime stage performers include Vincent Neil Emerson, Angel White, Brennen Leigh, Scott Ballew, and Cayuga All-Stars. Additionally, attendees can stop by interactive art and cultural exhibits, along with family-friendly activities such as stick horse racing and chuck wagon cook-offs.
Bingham has starred in over 30 episodes of “Yellowstone” as Dutton Ranch hand, Walker, since the Paramount Network show debuted in 2018.
While he has plenty of television experience under his belt, Bingham is primarily known as a musician. The “Southside of Heaven” singer released his latest album — “Watch Out for the Wolf” — last year.
Bingham also wrote several songs for the 2009 film “Crazy Heart.” He would go on to win a “Best Original Song” Academy Award with T. Bone Burnett for, “The Weary Kind.”
