Yellowstone’s Kelly Reilly and Succession’s Brian Cox Team Up to Show Off Their Softer Sides

Warm and fuzzy may not be the first words that come to mind when you think of Yellowstone’s Beth Dutton and Succession’s Logan Roy. But it is, in fact, portrayers Kelly Reilly and Brian Cox’s softer sides that they will be putting front and center in Little Wing, the coming-of-age movie that Paramount+ will begin streaming on Wednesday, March 13.

Per the official logline, the feel-good flick “follows Kaitlyn (Cocaine Bear survivor Brooklynn Prince), a teen who is reeling from her parents’ divorce and the pending loss of her home. She and her best friend hope to solve her mother’s financial woes by stealing a valuable bird, but Kaitlyn, instead, forms a bond with the owner that leads her to a new outlook on life.”

Reilly plays the pigeon thief’s mom; Cox, its owner. Little Wing is based on Susan Orlean’s article in The New Yorker about the world of pigeon racing.

Cox, of course, wrapped his epic run as the patriarch of Succession’s backstabbing Roy family in 2023. Reilly will return to Yellowstone as badass Beth in the back half of the Paramount Network’s fifth and final season this November. (She and other cast members may also continue on in the franchise’s latest spinoff.)
