Follow the Yellow Brick Road
Jan. 30—The Midland Community Theatre, 2000 W. Wadley in Midland, has scheduled the Wizard of Oz opening Feb. 2 at the theater. The show will run through March 2.
Show times are Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. Sundays.
Matt Rist, who portrays the Tinman, said via text the show has partnered with Midland Animal Services to encourage adoption of shelter pets. Rist said a live dog will be part of the show as Toto.
