Looking for a seafood-heavy celebration this NYE? Kick off this dinner at the Ace Hotel Palm Springs' restaurant with jumbo scallops served with sturgeon caviar, then choose between the luxurious wild mushroom risotto with shaved truffles, or the opulent ribeye with black tiger shrimp. Cap it all off with your choice of custard with champagne-infused berries or chocolate mousse with espresso and vanilla bean.

Vicky's of Santa Fe

Ring in the new year with dinner and a show at Vicky's of Santa Fe. You'll need to make a reservation for the main dining room (lounge seatings are sold out), but the bar room allows for walk-ins from 5 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. A regular dinner menu is served, along with chef specials.

Lulu California Bistro

Lulu is known for its multi-course brunch offerings, and now it's going all-out for New Year's Eve, too. The holiday meal gives attendees a variety of soup, starter, entrée and dessert offerings from $89.99 (if eating between 4:30 and 6:30 p.m.) or $129.99 (if eating between 7:30 and 11 p.m.). Options include wild mushroom soup, avocado and crab meat tower, bacon-wrapped stuffed dates, rib eye, veal osso bucco, lobster pot pie, chocolate-hazelnut panna cotta and Kahlua tres leches.

Bellatrix

Up for a five-course meal? Bellatrix in Palm Desert has you covered. The menu includes lobster ceviche, 28-day dry-aged steak tartare, mafaldine truffles, tempura king crab legs or Japanese A-5 wagyu filet and brioche banana fosters. The dinner costs $165 per person or $300 per couple. Seating options are 5, 5:30, 6 or 7 p.m.

Wally's Desert Turtle

Wally's Desert Turtle in Rancho Mirage is offering two dining options for patrons on New Year's Eve. The first seating is available at 5 p.m., at $110 per person, and offers a three-course menu that includes a variety of soups and salads, sautéed dover sole, roasted pork tenderloin and baked Alaska. The second seating is available at 8:30 p.m., at $235 per person, and includes a six-course menu and party favors for the festivities.

CAVA at Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa

Is it too hard to pick just one appetizer, entrée or dessert? The Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa's CAVA restaurant is offering a holiday buffet to make sure patrons ring in 2024 with a full belly. The spread includes an international and domestic cheese and bread display; shellfish selection, a pasta station that will offer Bolognese and lobster ravioli, and other dinner selections, such as beef Wellington, hand-rolled sushi and roasted lamb. Children can dig into macaroni and cheese, chicken tenders and mini corn dogs, among others. The dessert selection boasts favorites like ice cream, crepes bananas foster and cheesecake. The buffet is available 4 to 9 p.m. and costs $101 per adult, $40 per child (ages 6 to 12) and free for children ages 5 and under.

Bar Cecil

Ring in the New Year with Bar Cecil's Asian-influenced, six-course menu with a 9 p.m. East Coast/Times Square salute. The event includes a welcome reception with drinks, canapés and tour de fruites de mer on the terrace, followed by a six-course menu featuring Regiis Ova osetra caviar, freshly-prepared dim sum, yuseng (raw wild salmon salad) and good fortune fruits granite in flavors inspired by locally-grown oranges, tangerines and pomegranate. The main course features five-spice roasted duck marinated overnight, served with wok-fried eggplant, green beans and longevity noodles. For dessert, enjoy housemade chocolate cake and mignardises, featuring custard tarts, sweet sesame balls and milk tea with boba.

Kiki's

Looking for a meal served family style this NYE? Head to Kiki's in La Quinta for a five-course meal including focaccia, wagu beef carpaccio, black truffle pizza, Spanish prawn rigatoni, grilled dry aged ribeye, parmesan polenta, tiramisu and much more. The evening will feature dinner, dancing and a midnight toast. Want to just come for the party? Head to Kiki's after 9 p.m. to enjoy the dancefloor and bar.

Annual New Year's Eve Legacy Gala & Fundraiser 'Dancing Through the Decades'

Want to support a deserving local nonprofit this NYE? Ring in 2024 while supporting Brothers of the Desert at this annual gala. Head to the Margaritaville Grand Ballroom just north of downtown Palm Springs at 8 p.m. Sunday for an evening of food, live entertainment and more. Dance the night away with the Gennine Francis and to the beats of DJ Space, or kick back with a drink at your table. Want to get extra festive? Come dressed as your favorite era.

NYE: Tacos & Turntables

Head to the Drift Palm Springs' bar, El Cielo, to bid adieu to 2023. Tickets include three tacos, one cocktail, a dance party hosted by DJ Journee, access to the photo booth to capture the memories and, and of course, stunning views of the San Jacinto Mountains. Event is 21+ only and runs from 9 p.m. Dec. 31 to 1 a.m. Jan. 1.

Agua Caliente Casinos

What's better than one New Year's Eve celebration? Three of them, all thanks to Agua Caliente Casinos. In Palm Springs, the annual block party is taking place with some Hollywood glitz and glam. Haute Chile and DJ ERINEIL will provide the entertainment and a special fireworks extravaganza. Advanced tickets cost $40 for general admission and $125 for VIP, while day-of tickets cost $50 for general admission and $150 for VIP. In Rancho Mirage, patrons can relive disco nights at the Studio '24 dance party, with entertainment from KC and The Sunshine Band and Zowie Bowie. Tickets to see KC & The Sunshine Band start at $55 and include entry to Zowie Bowie. Finally, Cathedral City will ring in the new year with flashing lights and high-energy music from DJ Alf Alpha. Festivities at all three locations begin at 8 p.m.
