New Year's Eve fireworks 2023: Here are two RI shows to end your year with a bang

If you're looking to end your year with a bang, there's no better way to do it than with a fireworks show.

This New Year's Eve – Sunday, Dec. 31, 2023 – two Rhode Island communities are looking to ring in the New Year with fireworks. They're great events to fit in between a special New Year's Eve dinner out and a polar plunge the next morning.

And unlike this year's soggy Fourth of July weekend, the seven-day forecast is showing no rain this Sunday, meaning it's unlikely that the shows will have to be rescheduled.

Here's what to know about the 2023 New Year's Eve fireworks displays in Rhode Island.
