Vote for TV's Best #FoodPorn!

Today’s category in the Yahooies!, Yahoo TV’s awards honoring the best of the 2014-15 TV season including summer shows, honors those series that feature food prominently enough to make us hungry and/or jealous of table settings.

The nominees for Best #FoodPorn are…

The Astronaut Wives Club

We did a full-blown interview with the show’s food stylist, who said the workload of making the wives’ launch party and luncheon offerings nearly put her in the hospital. In addition to being era-appropriate, the creations also had to match the personalities of the women who brought them. In other words, Betty Grissom, who liked “clever food,” made the cheese porcupine and very much appreciated the meatloaf cupcakes. — Mandi Bierly

Bachelor in Paradise

The Bachelor franchise has a long, glorious history of featuring dates where contestants ignore beautifully-arranged plates of food, but on this summer’s guilty pleasure Bachelor in Paradise, contestants Joshua and Tenley did get to indulge in a true culinary treat. Francisco Ruano, the chef at Restaurant Alcalde, plied the duo with scallops ceviche, braised local beef, and some kind of fancy cheese-based dessert. “I’ve never in my life been in a restaurant where the food looked too pretty to eat,” marveled Joshua, the welder from Idaho. But eat they did. And as of last episode, they’re still together. Coincidence? We think not. — Kristen Baldwin

Blue Bloods

The Reagan clan’s family dinners are so central to the CBS drama, star Bridget Moynahan co-wrote The Blue Bloods Cookbook, which will be published this November. For real. — MB

Downton Abbey

Long, decadent meals are routine on Downton Abbey. What better time to have debates on class and women’s rights than when you and your opinionated guests are essentially a captive audience? — MB

Hannibal

With Hannibal on the run and then imprisoned this season, sadly, he didn’t get to serve up as many elaborate feasts as usual. But while hiding out in Italy, he did whip up some mouth-watering culinary spreads for his colleagues — before hacking them to bits and cooking them up, of course. And we did get that tasty final shot of Bedelia’s severed leg, roasted golden brown and laid out on the dinner table. If we didn’t know where it came from, we’d gladly take a bite. — Dave Nemetz

Winners will be announced the week of Sept. 14.

There’s still time to vote for more Yahooies categories, including Best Sex Scene, Most Memorable Line, Most GIF-able Moment, Best Late Night Host, and Character You Love to Hate.
