The Young and the Restless spoilers for Thursday, April 18 prove Lily isn’t about to back down. Threaten her all you want, but she’s ready to fight back.

Pile It Higher and Deeper

When Lily (Christel Khalil) returned from California to find out that Daniel had reunited with Heather (Vail Bloom), she retaliated by firing them both from the company she runs. Was it legal? Actually, yes. Wisconsin is a Right To Work state, which means anybody can be fired for any reason.

Was it ethical? Not really. Was it worse than what is regularly done by the Newmans and Abbotts? Not even close. Lily was willing just to cut her losses and move on with her life, letting Daniel and Heather do the same. But Heather decided to sue. And Daniel decided to get snotty about it. They’re really done it now. Lily was just annoyed before. But now she’s mad. And vengeful.

Parental Rights

Connor (Judah Mackey, who shared this BTS) isn’t even in Genoa City anymore, but he is still front and center. Adam (Mark Grossman) still doesn’t appreciate being left out of his treatment decisions. Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) still doesn’t think Adam should have a say in Connor’s treatment decisions since they don’t conform to her treatment decisions.

Billy (Jason Thompson) still thinks Chelsea is right that Adam shouldn’t have a say in Connor’s treatment decisions since they don’t conform to Chelsea’s treatment decisions. Chelsea thinks Billy is so wise and insightful. He should definitely get a say in Connor’s treatment decisions because they conform with her treatment decisions.

Who Can It Be Now?

While Christine (Lauralee Bell) tries to decide whether to give up her career to follow Danny (Michael Damian) on tour like a groupie, a familiar face from her past pops up to make the call even more difficult. No. It’s not who you think.
