Golfer Wyndham Clark has been dating his girlfriend Alicia Bogdanski since 2021

Wyndham Clark may have scored a hole-in-one with his girlfriend Alicia Bogdanski.

The professional golfer first met Bogdanski in 2021 through mutual friends. They’ve since mainly kept their relationship private, but she has come out in support of him at various tournaments in the PGA tour.

A former cheerleader, Bogdanski knows just what to say to keep Clark focused and grounded during his matches and has acted as a major support system for the golfer.

“If I see him overthinking something, I try to pull him back down, get him grounded and make him see things in perspective,” she told Golf Digest in September 2023.

Bogdanski's perspective will likely come in handy as the golfer gears up for his first Masters Tournament in April 2024. Speaking to SB Nation ahead of the tournament, Clark revealed that he's been focused on his mental game after struggling with his "bounce back ability."

“I started working with my sports psychologist and working on my self-talk," he said. "I created the mentality that it doesn’t matter what just happened, I know I can bounce right back and make birdie."

She went to Arizona State University

Bogdanski graduated from Arizona State University in 2012 with a degree in psychology. During her time there, she was a cheerleader.

In August 2010, she told Sports Illustrated that she always planned on attending the school. “My grandpa, uncle, dad, mom and sister are all ASU alumni!” she said.

They met through mutual friends

Bogdanski and Clark were first connected at the end of 2021 through mutual friends, as the couple recalled to Golf Digest. However, they kept their relationship out of the spotlight in the beginning, until Bogdanski publicly cheered Clark on at the 2023 U.S. Open.

She is supportive of his career

The ASU alum has shown up in support of Clark at various tournaments but made her mark when she sealed his June 2023 U.S. Open win with a kiss. After Clark took home the championship in a one-stroke victory on the 18th hole green in the final round, Bogdanski joined him on the course where she lovingly held his face, hugged and kissed him during the emotional moment.

“Once it went in, it was just waterworks and everything kind of hit me at once,” Clark told PEOPLE of the win. “Just all the times I've dreamt about doing this, and how hard I've worked, and how many obstacles I've faced, to finally break through and do something like this was amazing.”

She came out in support of him again at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am in February 2024. After he won, the two posed with his trophy together.

They like to travel

In December 2023, Bogdanski joined Clark and his family for a Christmas celebration in Cabo, Mexico. Clark posted photos of the vacation on his Instagram, including one of Bogdanski enjoying dinner with his family.

“A Cabo Christmas 🎄,” he wrote in the caption.

They enjoy watching other sports together

Golf isn’t the only sport the couple like to watch. In March 2024, Clark and Bogdanski attended a Colorado Avalanche hockey game with friends.

“Amazing weekend going back home to watch my two favorite teams @coloradoavalanche & @nuggets both get huge wins,” he captioned photos from the events. “Thank you for having me out, I can’t wait to cheer them both on in the playoffs!”
