The "Monarch: Legacy of Monsters" star added that his mother "probably is a being from outer space."

Goldie Hawn recently made headlines by detailing a run-in she had with aliens — and now her son Wyatt Russell is backing her up and sharing a close encounter of his own.

During an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live this week, the Monarch: Legacy of Monsters star said that he’s heard Hawn’s extraterrestrial tale “a few times,” adding, “It’s true! My mom probably is a being from outer space. It’s true, I mean look at her. She’s 77 and looks like she’s like 26. She has a lot of great stories like that. You can’t question them.”

Hawn opened up about her alien sighting, which took place early in her career, in an episode of Time to Walk on Apple Fitness+ last month. “I saw these two or three triangular-shaped heads. They were silver in color, slash for a mouth, tiny little nose, no ears," she recalled. "They were pointing at me, pointing at me in the car as if they were discussing me, like I was a subject. And they were droning."

Later in life, Hawn went to regression therapy with an astrophysicist, who used virtual reality to unlock more of her memories of the experience. “Suddenly I remembered something,” she said. “They touched my face. They touched my face, and it felt like the finger of God. It was the most benevolent, loving feeling. This was powerful. It was filled with light."

Speaking to Kimmel, Russell also admitted that he thinks he’s seen aliens. “It was an unidentified flying object. I didn’t see an alien pop out of there and wave,” the actor said. “Nothing weird happened. But what was great is that I have five people who can corroborate the story.”

He went on to describe seeing a flying object in Muskoka, Canada. The object moved too slowly to be a plane and too quietly to be a helicopter, made a “whirring noise,” and had “five orange lights,” Russell said. “There was no there's no airport within like 100 miles of where we were.”

To which Kimmel quipped: “At any point, did you hear, ‘Say hi to your mom!’?”
