WWE Superstar Cora Jade Suffers Major Setback

WWE Superstar Cora Jade faced a major setback, suffering a serious injury during a live event at the Dade City Armory in Florida on Friday, January 12. Returning to WWE television last month after a lengthy absence, Jade faced NXT Women’s Champion Lyra Valkyria in a bout that ended in an unfortunate turn of events.

WWE Superstar Cora Jade’s absence from WWE television has been notable since her defeat to Dana Brooke in July. Jade’s return was expected to mark a resurgence in her career. Sadly, this setback is disheartening, especially considering her promising start with a new heel character.

Cora Jade faced a setback at the Dade City Armory, squaring off against NXT Women’s Champion Lyra Valkyria. Dave Meltzer revealed on Twitter that Jade suffered a torn ACL, sidelining her for the foreseeable future.

In the same event, Cora Jade returned, attacking NXT Women’s Champion Lyra Valkyria and making a powerful statement.
