The wrestler is still processing the shock of Wyatt's August death, he says in an exclusive clip of his appearance on 'Last Meals'

Seth Rollins is still mourning the death of WWE star Bray Wyatt.

In an exclusive clip of an upcoming episode of Mythical Kitchen’s Last Meals, Rollins shares that Wyatt’s August death at age 36 “still doesn’t feel real sometimes.”

“Our little world that we live in is so small in a lot of regards, it really does feel like a family often,” the WWE superstar, 37, tells Mythical Chef Josh Scherer.

He continues, “And Windham [Rotunda, Wyatt’s real name] was someone that I loved and worked with very closely for many years. We came up in the business together and I was very close with him and it was a huge shock that he had passed and left, it still doesn’t feel real sometimes.”

The WWE superstar shares that while much of the Smackdown crew was able to “breathe that collective sigh” following Wyatt’s death, it took Rollins a bit longer to process his late colleague’s death.

“I’ve had friends in the business that have passed, and that sucks, and I remember wanting to do something for him in the ring,” he says.

It wasn’t until Wyatt’s spirit “grabbed” Rollins that he was moved to honor the wrestler with a moving dedication.

“I did way more than I expected to,” he says. “I popped up in his spider thing, I end up in the corner upside down, I even did his mandible claw that he shoved down my throat all the time.”

Rollins adds: “It was a very cathartic experience for me, the beginning of the grieving process to let all of that out. I had that talk with the crowd afterwards and then cried a lot as you would, and it was crazy. It still doesn’t entirely feel real to me.”

The WWE first confirmed Wyatt's death in an official statement in August.

A source told PEOPLE at the time that the wrestler died of a heart attack in his sleep, and that he had seen a doctor for an ongoing heart condition on the day of his death.

Wyatt is survived by fiancée Joseann Offerman, known as “JoJo” during her time in WWE. They shared two children together, while Wyatt had two other children from his previous marriage to Samantha Rotunda.
