The Latest On CM Punk’s Status With AEW

On tonight’s episode of AEW Dynamite, Tony Khan will announce the location of the debut episode of AEW Collision, CM Punk‘s status for the show remains uncertain. The latest update on CM Punk’s status with AEW comes from Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select.

Reportedly, CM Punk and AEW have remained in contact over the last week. AEW has sent paperwork to CM Punk pertaining to speaking about “certain subjects” and ensuring that CM Punk does appear at his scheduled TV dates.

Also, according to the report, people close to CM Punk believe he will be a part of the first episode of AEW Collision on June 17.

WWE Open To Third Hour Of SmackDown

At the JP Morgan Global Technology, Media & Communications Conference, Nick Khan represented WWE.

During the conference, Khan talked about WWE considering a third hour of SmackDown, among other topics. Additionally, according to Nick Khan, WWE is still debating altering Monday Night Raw’s third hour to make the show more “adult.”

Since 2012, WWE Raw has been three hours long. Since making its debut in 1999, SmackDown has lasted two hours.

Update On Drew McIntyre And Becky Lynch’s Status With WWE

Drew McIntyre and Becky Lynch’s WWE contracts are both expected to expire in the first half of 2024. According to a new report from WrestleVotes (via GiveMeSport), WWE is fond of both and wants both stars to stay.

“I expect when the dust settles, both of them to stay. The WWE wants them to stay, you know, 1,000% back to the end – let’s say a percentage lower. They love them both. But, as any top-flight stars, they should see what else is out there. I don’t believe WWE is worried about that.”

Hulk Hogan Is Starting A New CBD Brand

Hulk Hogan has announced a new health and wellness brand. With this new product line, Hogan joins fellow WWE Hall of Famers Mike Tyson and Ric Flair in starting a Carma HoldCo brand.

Per a press release, Hogan will serve as Chief brand officer for this new wellness line. The product line will feature functional mushrooms, CBD, and THC.

“Hulk Hogan is larger than life and beloved by wrestling fans and non-fans of all ages. His influence spans generations,” said Carma HoldCo President and Chairman Chad Bronstein.

“His magnetic personality, ingenuity, and entrepreneurial spirit, in partnership with us at Carma HoldCo, will ensure we continue to deliver unforgettable consumer experiences.”
