WWE Confirms Rules For NXT Global Heritage Invitational

The rules for the NXT Global Heritage Invitational have been unveiled.
Speaking on the August 23 edition of WWE’s The Bump, Megan Morant revealed the rules for the tournament. The Round Robin style competition will feature two groups with four Superstars in each group. Tournament matches will have a 12-minute time limit. Superstars will earn two points with pinfalls or submissions, while draws are worth one point for both competitors.
The winner of Group A and the winner of Group B will face off on the September 26 episode of WWE NXT. NXT Heritage Cup Champion Dar will face the winner of that match at NXT No Mercy on September 30.

WWE also announced the rules in a post on their website. The company noted that they will announce the participants on NXT’s social media in the coming days.
Dar defeated Nathan Frazer to win the NXT Heritage Cup on the August 22 edition of WWE NXT.
