Who Won Episodes 1 & 2 of 'RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars 9'?

RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars 8

RuPaul said, "Bring back my girls," and the girls are back! On the two-episode Season 9 premiere of RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars, eight of our favorite queens from seasons past have returned to compete in the Werk Room once again. This week marked the first two challenges that will eventually lead to one of these All Stars being inducted into the Drag Race Hall of Fame and earning $200,000.

Only, in Season 9, things are working a little bit differently. Unlike every previous season of the show, this time the queens are not competing for themselves. They're competing for charity. Each of our eight girls have selected a charity and all of their winnings will go to support that good good philanthropic work. Also, as with All Stars 7, no one will be going home this season. Instead, each week the top two queens will earn Benefactress Badges, with the three queens who have the most badges competing against each other in the finale for that crown (and cash).

Each week the top two queens will also lip sync in order to win a cash tip for their charity AND the ability to "cut off" one of the bottom six queens. That queen will then be ineligible to earn a Badge the following episode even if they win.

Since the premiere consisted of two back-to-back episodes, that meant four badges were awards, two queens won their lip syncs and two queens were cut off. Here's everything that went down in the premiere of RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars Season 9:

Angeria Paris VanMichaels

Despite arriving to the competition a smidge of an underdog, Miss Angie proved herself in the first challenge, which consisted of writing and performing an original verse to the RuPaul song "Drag Queens Save the World." Between her killer verse and comedic "Le Southern Belle" perfume line for the Signature Look, Signature Fragrance runway, she bested her competitors for a Benefactress Badge. She then edged out Jorgeous in the lip sync for the win.

Gottmik

With Episode 2 presenting the Paint Ball in which queens had to deliver three separate runways, Gottmik (who won the ball on her original season) was an obvious frontrunner. Her monochromatic Versace purple look, "The Scream" dress and punk rock painted ensemble were all high fashion and in a fairly lackluster lip sync, she was able to beat out Plastique Tiara for the win.

Angeria Paris VanMichaels & Jorgeous

Along with Angeria, the gorgeous Jorgeous also won a Benefactress Badge in Episode 1. The weed and poppers scent for Signature Look, Signature Fragrance and high-octane dance performance made her an obvious frontrunner.

Gottmik & Plastique Tiara

Along with Gottmik, Plastique, the social media and fashion queen of All Stars 9 also breezed her way to winning a Benefactress Badge. Unfortunately, lip syncing is not her strongest suite and she lost to Gottmik in the battle.

Who got cut off in Episode 1 of RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars Season 9?

Paramount+

Paramount+

Roxxxy Andrews

After Angeria took home the win in Episode 1, she opted to cut off Roxxxy and prevent her from earning a badge in Episode 2. It was a wise choice given Roxxxy's an overall competitor, but it ultimately proved futile, since Roxxxy wasn't in the top two of the following episode.

Who got cut off in Episode 2 of RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars Season 9?

Paramount+

Angeria Paris VanMichaels

After winning Episode 2, Gottmik strategically decided to cut off Angeria, meaning she won't be able to win a Benefactress Badge in Episode 3. Since Angeria and Jorgeous were the only two queens who already had a Badge, it made sense for Gottmik to target one of them and prevent them from earning a second Badge so quickly.
