Earlier this week, Lil Rod filed a sexual assault lawsuit against Diddy claiming he was forced to sit in the bathroom while the mogul showered naked, among several other disturbing accusations. The women named in the lawsuit recently claimed that, despite the producer’s allegations, they were not underaged when partying with the Bad Boy founder.

Shawn Holley, Diddy’s attorney, spoke with TMZ about the lawsuit and the women’s responses. One, allegedly a 33-year-old named Chelsea, claimed that while she is in the pictures that Rod submitted in the lawsuit, she was not a minor at the time of her interactions with the “I Need A Girl” artist.

Holley also clarified that another woman shown in a photo with Justin Combs, Diddy’s son, was his 32-year-old girlfriend. TMZ did some investigative work and found other photos that seemingly verify that the woman pictured is indeed Combs’ partner Stephanie Rao. Holley believes that these alleged mishaps are evidence that Rod and his legal team were “careless” in putting their suit together.

TMZ also spoke with law enforcement regarding Lil Rod’s claim that Diddy and Justin Combs were involved in a shooting. The police reported they were told that the victim was robbed at gunpoint and shot by two suspects later identified as Rudolph Flowers and Laron Bundley. They also said that upon arriving at the scene of the crime, “Brother Love” was nowhere to be found.

Lil Rod’s attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, responded to these claims and said, “Thanks to Shawn Holley, Sean Combs and Justin Combs are on a fast track to the same fate as Tory Lanze (sic) and Danny Masterson.”

Lil Rod’s lawsuit follows a string of allegations sent Diddy’s way, which kicked off with Cassie’s lawsuit back in November 2023. Though they settled outside of court, multiple other women came forward seeking litigation for their traumatic experiences with the former REVOLT chairman.
