2. Watch 'The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde' at Mikadow Theater

"The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde" is coming to the historic Mikadow Theatre for two weekends.

Follow along with the classic mystery at one of the showings July 7-9 or 14-16.

3. Enjoy Kids Free Thursday at Pinecrest Historical Village

July is the perfect time to visit the Manitowoc County Historical Society — not only because of the nice weather, but because kids have free admission every Thursday in July!

General admission is $14 for adults, $13 for seniors, and kids ages 17 and younger are free July 6, 13, 20 and 27.

4. Get creative at Wacky Weekend

It’s time to get creative at another Wacky Weekend Workshop at the Rahr-West Art Museum!

This free monthly workshop is set for 1-3 p.m. July 8 and will combine art and positive messages.

Students can paint rocks with colors and phrases to leave outside for other people to find.

Reminder: Wacky Weekends are always free and registration is not required. Learn more about the event and other classes at rahrwestartmuseum.org.

5. Jam out to live music

We are in the full swing of patio season here in Manitowoc!

This weekend, you can head outdoors to hear live music across town, including Panchromatic Steel at PetSkull Brewing at 2 p.m. July 8, Charlie Bucket at The Fat Seagull at 3 p.m. July 8, and Paul Hanna and Chris Hanaway at The Wharf at 2 p.m. July 9.
