Woman Says After She Moved Into Dream Home, She Learned She Was A Victim Of ‘Baiting’

Breanna says she and her husband were urgently looking for a new home for themselves and their 9-month-old daughter when they found a house on a popular, trusted website. “As soon as I received the key, I toured the home, just like I would any other home. Breanna says they signed what they thought was a lease, even though they had never met the man – who reached out to them initially – in person. “We knew something was off; we just couldn’t really pinpoint what,” Breanna says. In the video above, Breanna shares how she says she learned she was the victim of "baiting." And, cybersecurity expert and founder of Bullyville.com, James McGibney, weighs in on this type of scam. FirstKey Homes denies any involvement.
