Woman Filmed in Tryst with Kevin Hart Says She's a Victim Too – and Denies Being Part of Extortion Plot

Accompanied by her attorney Lisa Bloom, the actress and model Montia Sabbag appeared at her lawyer’s offices to set the record straight about her “intimate” relationship with the actor and comedian.

Bloom spoke for her client, saying she was the victim of multiple felonies after being secretly taped in Hart’s Las Vegas hotel room “about a month ago.”

“It is a crime to secretly put cameras in a private place like a hotel room,” Bloom said. “It is another crime to secretly record people in a private place. It is yet another crime to distribute those images. Montia is the victim of multiple felonies under state and federal laws.”

“We invite Mr. Hart to join us in bringing the perpetrator to justice,” Bloom continued. “To the criminal who did this, I say you belong in prison and we are going to find you.”

Bloom dismissed reports of an investigation as her client had not been approached, she claimed. She added that they will be meeting with law enforcement “immediately” to report the crime.

“Montia and I are not asking for a cent from Kevin Hart. This is not about money,” the attorney said. “We are not suing him. We are not making any claims against him. Kevin Hart appears to be the victim of this criminal, just as Montia is a victim of this criminal.”

A source told PEOPLE that the actor is struggling to keep his spirits up amid the allegations.

“Kevin’s not doing too well,” the source says.. “He’s really embarrassed that all of his personal business is out there for everyone to see.”

Hart and Parrish were spotted out for lunch on Tuesday, marking the first time they had been seen together since news of the alleged extortion broke.
