A Wisconsin defensive lineman enters the transfer portal
A flurry of Badgers have entered the portal this past week, including freshman defensive lineman Tristan Monday.
Monday enters the portal with four years of eligibility to take with him wherever he decides to play next.
“First, I would like to thank all of the players, coaches, and staff for the opportunity to compete and grow both academically and athletically at the University of Wisconsin,” said Monday in his Twitter announcement. “I will always be grateful for the friendships I made in my short time here. With that being said, after conversations with my family and the people closest to me in my life, I have decided to enter the NCAA Transfer Portal. I will have four years of remaining eligibility.”
