The 18th winner of NBC’s “America’s Got Talent” has been crowned, and it’s fan-fave dog act Adrian Stoica and Hurricane. They are the show’s second animal act to prevail after Olate Dogs 11 years earlier. (See the updated winners list.) Stoica, who previously competed on “Italia’s Got Talent” and “Romania’s Got Talent,” now sums up his “AGT” victory in three words: “crazy,” “unbelievable” and “amazing.” Watch our exclusive video interview above.

Stoica reveals he never thought he would even “be in the Finals,” let alone win the entire reality TV show. It was always his “big dream” to come try out his animal act on the American stage because it’s the “biggest in the world.” The American judges are Simon Cowell, Howie MandelHeidi Klum and Sofia Vergara and the host is Terry Crews.

How long does it typically take Stoica and Hurricane to put together a three-minute act for the live stage? She knows “a lot of skills” and “a lot of tricks,” he tells us, but it still takes about “a month and a half” of training to make sure everything is perfect.

In the Finals, Cowell declared that Hurricane is a “star” who should be in the movies. Stoica confesses it was “precious” to hear that comment, especially since Cowell is such a “great person” and “amazing” in his capacity as “AGT’s” head judge and producer.

What does Stoica plan on doing with the $1 million grand prize? “I will buy some extra food for Hurricane and probably buy some sheep,” he says with a smile. “She’s a border collie, so she lives to herd sheep.”

Next up for Stoica and Hurricane will be headlining the Las Vegas show at the Luxor Casino and Hotel, titled “America’s Got Talent presents Superstars Live.” “Hurricane is ready,” the trainer proclaims, though he does need some time to prepare a brand new act. Stoica ends our conversation by giving this piece of advice to future contestants: “The secret is just to have fun.”

The other 10 finalists for “America’s Got Talent” Season 18 were magician Anna DeGuzman, synchronized dancers Murmuration, singer Putri Ariani, acrobatic duo Ramadhani Brothers, chorale group Mzansi Youth Choir, dance group Chibi Unity, singer Lavender Darcangelo, comedian Ahren Belisle, chorale group 82nd Airborne Chorus and wildcard dancers Avantgardey.
