CANTON − Vintage Canton will be heaven for wine lovers.

Featuring wine and craft beer, the Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce event will be 4:30 to 9:30 p.m. Thursday along Central Plaza North on Market Avenue N, between Tuscarawas Street and Third Street NW downtown. Artists and live music also will be featured.

Tickets are for sale online at https://www.cantonchamber.org. Prices are $40 before 5 p.m. Wednesday and $45 on the day of the event. Non-tasting tickets (no beer or wine samples) cost $10. Tickets purchased in groups of 20 or more cost $30 each.

Both local wine and wine from around the world will be served. The regular ticket price includes eight wine or craft beer tastings, a collectible souvenir wine glass, and breads and cheeses.

A VIP experience costs an additional $25 per ticket and features Bender's Tavern and Fromage du Monde. Four additional wine tastings are included, and guests will learn about the pairing of cheese with wine.

Limited tickets are available for the VIP sessions at 5:15 and 6:30 p.m.

"Vintage Canton transcends a showcase of quality wines and spirits," Collyn Floyd, vice president of events and marketing strategy for the Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce, said in a prepared statement. "The event celebrates the essence that makes our downtown thrive — it's truly an immersive experience for the senses."
