William Shatner Shouts Out Death Grips
It appears that Death Grips have an unlikely fan in William Shatner. The beloved actor (and prolific tweeter) shouted out the group on Twitter today, responding to Minecraft creator Markus Persson’s tweet about discovering the band. In his tweet, Shatner quotes lyrics from “No Love,” a track from Death Grips’ 2012 album NO LOVE DEEP WEB. “On and on it’s beyond insane... Madness, chaos in the brain,” Shatner wrote, followed by emojis of a brain and music notes. Check out his tweet below.
In other unexpected Death Grips news, the band recently revealed that they are working on a new album with some help from Shrek director Andrew Adamson. Hopefully it’s not too late to get some spoken word from Shatner as well.
