Blast off on a space adventure with Captain Kirk this spring.

William Shatner, who plays James Kirk in the Star Trek franchise, is coming to Detroit. You can watch a screening of "Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan" and engage in a discussion with the star on March 11, 2023, at the Redford Theatre.

"Set your phasers to stun and prepare to shout “KHHHHHAAAAAANNNN” at the top of your lungs," a release said. "The original ‘Captain James T. Kirk’, award-winning actor William Shatner, is coming to Detroit’s Redford Theatre for an unforgettable night that will be, dare we say, out of this world."

The post-screening discussion with Shatner will include behind-the-scenes stories and a Q&A.

A limited number of VIP tickets will be available, which include a photo opportunity with Shatner.
