Why Rihanna Thinks 'There's Something' Going on Between Kyle Richards and Morgan Wade: She 'Made Her Feel Valued'

Rihanna is weighing in on the Kyle Richards and Morgan Wade romance debate!

The Fenty Beauty mogul, 36, isn't a stranger to the headlines circulating about a potential romance budding between The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 55, and the country singer, 29. When asked if she believed the rumors were true, Rihanna answered with a plain, "I mean, duh."

"Listen, I love Kyle," she told Interview magazine. "It’s weird commenting on her relationship because I don’t know the facts. I just feel like she was able to re-observe her marriage through a new lens."

"For once, someone else made her feel valued, made her feel like she was cute and quirky and fun and all the great things that maybe were taken for granted before," the "Diamonds" singer continued, referencing Richards' estranged husband of 27 years, Mauricio Umansky.

"And that’s why I believe that there’s something with Morgan, because sometimes, it takes that for you to fight for what you deserve," she added.

This isn't the first time Rihanna's given her two cents on Richards' relationship.

In December 2023, the two ran into each other shopping at a western wear store in Aspen, Colorado and the singer gave the reality star "all kinds of amazing advice about my marriage, the women, and how we're handling things."

"I haven't told anybody this, but she said something that was so amazing to me and I was like, 'Oh my god,'" Richards recalled on SiriusXM's Let's Talk Off Camera with Kelly Ripa podcast in March. "She said, 'Next time one of these women want to know all the details of the intimacies of your marriage, tell them 'Why do I need to give you the blueprint to my home when I'm already renovated?'"

In July 2023, a source told PEOPLE that Richards and Umansky had been "separated for a while now" but were "amicable" and living under the same roof while figuring out what was next for them and their family.

During the final part of the RHOBH season 13 reunion, Richards revealed that problems in their marriage compounded over time and the separation she thought would be "temporary" had evolved.

"With any marriage, there's issues that you have and they come up," she said, explaining how their busy schedules with work and raising their children had pushed their problems aside rather than solve them. "Some of the issues never went away and they were never really like worked on."

"I care about my family first and I mean I tried, I really did try," she continued through tears. "And so then when I couldn't, the kind of things I had been — don't want to say put up with, but you know, just became more apparent to me I guess."
