On Tuesday, the Duke of Sussex took part in a virtual panel at ‘Wired’s’ Re:Wired Conference. While discussing the dangers of misinformation on social media, he spoke out against how he and Meghan were portrayed in the media after first announcing their intention to step down as senior members of the royal family. Harry also referenced his mother, Princess Diana, who died in a car accident after being chased by paparazzi in 1997. He said, ‘I know the story all too well. I lost my mother to this self-manufactured rabidness, and I don’t want to lose the mother of my children to the same thing.’
