Gleb Savchenko is headed to Las Vegas to be a Chippendales performer and he’s going to Sin City as a single man. The Dancing With the Stars pro dancer recently announced that he is on the market.

A Single Man

“Yes, Elena and I broke up about a month ago,” Savchenko told Page Six about his romance with former flame Elena Belle. “It kind of just happened. People always say life happens and sometimes I think, ‘How did it even happen?'”

Savchenko had been dating the Swedish model, whose real name is Natacha Peyre Requena since August of 2021. While the pro dancer says that he still very much loves Elena, and they had an amazing time together, they are no longer an item.

“She’s an amazing mom, she’s an amazing person and everything,” he says. “It’s just the timing. We had been together for almost three years, and I had, like, the best time of my life with her. There’s certain things that just didn’t work out.”

Savchenko is kicking off his Chippendales gig on Thursday, April 25 in Los Angeles. He’ll be doing a limited run in both Vegas and Atlantic City, NJ. The man knows what his appeal is to his fans. “Everyone knows I’m a great dancer,” he jokes, “but the moment my shirt comes off, the crowd goes wild!

“I’m super excited [about joining the show] because Chippendales just celebrated their 45th anniversary, which is iconic,” he says. “And their show, which I’m joining, they just celebrated 22 years on [the Chippendales Theater at Rio Hotel] in that theater.”

“When I got the opportunity,” he says, “I was like, ‘This is the perfect thing, what the fans have been waiting for.’ I’m actually doing it for the fans.”

He may be taking on a spring and summer gig, but Savchenko says he’s up for doing yet another season of DWTS later this year — and his dream is to win the coveted Len Goodman Mirror Ball trophy. “I want to come back and do a great job and win the mirror ball,” he says. “I’m definitely not hanging up my dancing shoes yet. I still have at least three, four season in me, for sure.”

Could Savchenko wind up on a soap opera at some point? His pro partner from Season 29, Chrishell Stause (ex-Jordan, Days of our Lives) sure thinks so. “Gleb would be a natural…” Stause told Soap Hub. “He’s having to feel this music and interpret choreography, which is a huge part [of acting].”
