The majority of Bravo viewers feel Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Morocco should air. Between the lawsuits, money, and acquiring some of the best OGs, the networks should want to get their money’s worth. Season 4 aired before Season 3 with the Legacy women of Real Housewives of New York jetting back to St. Barths. It was a gas, and I loved it. But I still want to see what went down behind the scenes on the season that shan’t be named.

There’s Two Sides and the Truth

Caroline Manzo was the first to throw her hat in the ring when it came to suing the network. Peacock is seemingly weighing their options on whether or not they should debut the season. Filming ended over a year ago. The drama prevails as the former Real Housewives of New Jersey star has alleged she was sexually assaulted by Brandi Glanville. Caroline has claimed that the plaintiffs sacrificed “their cast members’ safety for their own ratings and profits.”

Brandi has clapped back with allegations of her own against Andy Cohen, as she accused him of sexual harassment. It very much feels as if everyone is trying one up the other, and the truth has been all muddled.

Real Housewives Have Always Been Messy

The Bravo women have always been a bit messy, with the exception of very few. These types of shenanigans don’t come as a surprise since this is mostly why viewers tune in. We have all watched a few housewives become a bit inebriated, fall into bushes, or bring home random men. I feel like this is very much part of the deal you make when you enter the Bravosphere. How can viewers make a rational judgment if we don’t have footage, hopefully unedited, to view?

The Rumors Are Spiraling

Vicki Gunvalson has claimed a higher-up at Bravo said the footage would never see the light of day. Then she backtracked. Camille Meyer had her thoughts on being asked if she was Team Caroline or Team Brandi. She noted “I think the season should air. Period.” Brandi has been pushing for the footage to air and agreeing with Camille. Brandi agreed and said, “Can we PLEASE air this fu-king show already it’s so I can be vindicated it’s been a year now! Please let me live and provide! This is INSANE!”

Even Andy shared his opinions while at BravoCon 2023. He said there were no plans to pull the series from the lineup. “It’s there, it’s done, and I hope everyone sees it soon.” Yet here we are months later, waiting around like a love-sick puppy dog.

Fans Have Opinions

It very much feels like fans have had the rug pulled out from under them. There have been rumors Caroline tried to sabotage the season because she was grilled about the thug who beat up her sister, Dina Manzo. Fans speculated she didn’t like the segment because it painted her as a monster when she has always portrayed herself as the gem of Jersey.

However, if there wasn’t any fire to the smoke brought by Caroline’s lawsuit. I can see Brandi overstepping and upsetting a cast member all in the name of ratings. Perhaps Peacock just never thought someone wouldn’t let the insults and harassment slide.

TELL US – DO YOU THINK PEACOCK WILL EVER CHOOSE TO AIR THE SEASON, OR ARE THE WATERS TOO MUDDY?
