Tommy Lee showed off his wild side on social media overnight by posting a full frontal nude pic of himself on his official Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter accounts. While the Mötley Crüe drummer did acknowledge the apparent mishap in a humorous follow-up post, as of this morning (August 11th), the uncensored photo was still up on Facebook and Twitter.
Let’s face it: Lee is no stranger to letting it all hang out, if you will. An entire mini-series, Pam & Tommy, based around his sex tape with Pamela Anderson premiered earlier this year on Hulu, and even featured Jason Mantzoukas as the voice of Lee’s talking penis — with Sebastian Stan recently earning an Emmy nomination for his portrayal of the drummer.
Common sense would dictate that this new pic wasn’t meant for public eyes, but it does seem odd that it appeared on all three social media platforms. The photo was also captioned “Ooooopppsss,” suggesting Lee had some knowledge that he was doing something risky. Not to mention, it’s been up for six hours on both Twitter and Facebook, and still remains on those platforms as of this posting.
Furthermore, Lee has already followed up the post with a meme of an elephant and a nude man looking at each other, with the sly caption, “How do you breathe through that little thing?”

Lee’s posts elicited thousands of comments, including one from his wife, Brittany Furlan, who wrote, “OH MY GOD,” and another from Machine Gun Kelly (who portrayed Lee in the movie The Dirt), who remarked, “I’M F****N DYING.”
Perhaps Lee is just drumming up more publicity for Mötley Crüe’s current co-headlining stadium tour with Def Leppard. The outing, which kicked off in June, runs through a September 9th show in Las Vegas, with tickets available via Ticketmaster.
