White House responds to claim that Russia is behind poisoning of former spy

During a briefing at the White House on Monday, March 12, Sarah Sanders responded to British PM Theresa May's statement that it is “highly likely” that Russia was responsible for the poisoning of former spy Sergei Skripal.
