Where Ya Bin makes its anticipated debut in the Columbus area Friday.

The new discount store is set to open at 8 a.m. 6020 Sawmill Road on the Northwest Side near Dublin.

Where Ya Bin is unique in that it offers overstock items and customer returns from online retailers every week, resulting in a wide range of items in large bins with "everything must go" pricing.

The store will open in the former Sears Outlet next to PetSmart and NeeHee's.

Starting at $14 on Fridays, prices for all items decrease daily until reaching 25 cents on Thursdays, a strategy designed to clear the bins for restocking and provide a consistently updated inventory of small appliances, electronics, health and beauty items, baby items, shoes, clothing and more.

Where Ya Bin aims to "revolutionize" the retail industry, according to its website. The retailer claims to save customers 30% to 90% off regular retail prices.

The store is cashless and does not accept returns but includes a testing station for customers to inspect items.

Where Ya Bin operates two other locations in Ohio — in North Canton and Solon — and locations in Florida, North Carolina and South Carolina.
