Where might "Top Chef" be filming in Milwaukee this week? Perhaps Discovery World and the Miller Valley.

Exhibition permit applications were filed with the city of Milwaukee on behalf of The Mission Productions to do a shoot at 500 N. Harbor Drive, which is Discovery World's address, and for a "cooking show" at Molson Coors Beverage Co.'s property at 3930 W. State St.

"Top Chef" is filming its 21st season in Milwaukee and Madison this year. All week long, the show's new host, Kristen Kish, and judge Gail Simmons have been popping up at Cream City establishments.

Plans for both locations include a 40-by-20-foot tent containing several prep tables, six burner stoves, a grill, a tabletop pizza oven, a tabletop electric fryer, multiple fridges and a two-compartment sink, according to documents submitted with the applications.

Setup would be on Thursday for both spots and dismantling would be done on Saturday, the applications indicated.

The Journal Sentinel reached out to the production to confirm that the filming is for "Top Chef," but has not yet heard back.

Where 'Top Chef' personnel have been spotted around Milwaukee this week

Milwaukee shoppers and social media users at Whole Foods on Prospect Avenue spotted what appeared to be "Top Chef" crews filming in the grocery store.

Kish and Simmons tried the Milwaukee delicacy of custard at Leon's Frozen Custard, and dined at Vientiane Noodle Shop.

Show personnel have also been seen at Three Brothers Restaurant in Bay View, per Fox6 and WISN reports.

"Top Chef" Season 21 plans to air in early 2024 on Bravo and the Peacock streaming service.
