Jennifer Lopez is taking her new album, This Is Me… Now, on the road this summer, five years since she last went on tour.
“That’s my goal when people come to my show. I always want people to leave and be like, ‘That’s the best show I ever saw,'” Lopez told Jimmy Fallon during a recent interview.
The “Can’t Get Enough” singer later added, “Of all the albums I’ve ever made, I feel like [This Is Me… Now] is really ready for the stage because of the Amazon Original that I did with it. It’s ready, like all the choreography, it was all ready to go.”
Lopez’s This Is Me… Now tour includes over 30 dates across North America, with concerts scheduled for Madison Square Garden in New York City, the Kia Forum in Los Angeles, as well as the tour opener in Orlando, Florida, at the end of June.
“It was a very big undertaking,” Lopez previously told Rolling Stone of her latest project. “[This Is Me… Then] was inspired by me falling in love at the time with the love of my life and I never thought I would get to have a second chance at that. When this strange plot twist happened, and we wound up back together, I was very inspired to go in and make this album and capture this moment in time.”
