It's a big week in reality TV - while the controversial I'm A Celebrity series continues nightly on ITV, Bake Off reaches its final on Channel 4 and Strictly Come Dancing finally heads back to Blackpool on BBC One.

Other highlights this week include Louis Theroux meeting Bear Grylls, Chris Hemsworth channeling his inner Grylls on Disney+, and fundraiser Children In Need making a 2022 return.

The tables are turned on Bear Grylls this week - he might be used to spending adventuring weekends interviewing A-list stars, but this time, he is the one being grilled.

Chief Scout Grylls is the latest subject of Louis Theroux's interview series and the pair spend time on the explorer's private island off Wales.

If there's one episode of Bake Off you don't want to miss, it's the grand final.

Syabira, Sandro and Abdul battle it out for the 2022 title, and while regular viewers may think the result is only heading one way, we've been surprised by the nerves of the final getting to competition favourites before.

Of course, you won't want to miss the stunning creations - including a showstopper that celebrates the planet - and the traditional garden party is back on, welcoming back stars from the series.

Period thriller 1899 begins streaming on Netflix this week in a high seas adventure that could leave easily spooked viewers feeling a little seasick.

A migrant boat leaves European shores for a new future abroad in freshly discovered lands, but when the passengers run into another migrant ship on the open sea, what they find on board turns their dreams of life ahead into a horrifying nightmare.

Anyone moved by watching Oti Mabuse's sister Motsi in to tears over the celebration of Africa in Hamza Yassin's Strictly dance on Saturday won't want to miss this documentary.

Former Strictly pro Oti Mabuse travels back to their homeland of South Africa, where she explores not only its many dance styles, but also its difficult history.

She delves into Nelson Mandela's imprisonment, farming land rights, and Cape Town's violence and poverty affected townships.

Children In Need 2022 - BBC One - Friday, 7pm

Tissues at the ready as the charity campaign gears up for another night of fundraising.

In the 2022 appeal, Jason Manford, Mel Giedroyc, Alex Scott, Ade Adepitan and Chris Ramsey focus on the food and fuel crisis affecting families, as well as children living with illness.

Expect performances from Lewis Capaldi, Diversity, and plenty of other star turns.

Strictly Come Dancing - BBC One - Saturday, 7.45pm

This is the big one for Strictly superfans - the show is finally making its way back up North to Blackpool's infamous Tower Ballroom.

Last time the couples got to dance at the legendary venue it was 2019, with the pandemic putting paid to any visits since then.

With Tony Adams bowing out last week due to injury, eight celebrities and their pro partners see their Blackpool ballroom dreams come true.
