Description: A new ramen establishment is opening in Louisville's East End in mid-February.
The new location will serve rice don — a rice bowl with meat and a sauce — make their own broth and also sell bubble tea, said Wei Chen, the owner of the new space.
"It's just like the typical ramen restaurant that's been popping up everywhere," Chen said.
The location will have dining and carry-out options, as well as offer delivery service through apps including DoorDash and Uber Eats.
What's being replaced: A tanning salon.
Cost: Chen said its an estimate of between $800,000 to $1 million.
Size: 1,600 square feet.
