Project: Twin Peaks

Location: 302 Bullitt Lane

Description: Twin Peaks, a sports bar and restaurant chain, is opening its first Louisville location next to the Oxmoor Center in a space previously occupied by Aspen Creek Grill. No opening date has been announced.

The Hooters-like chain announced plans in 2022 to open four locations in Louisville through a land development agreement with JEB Food Group. But the exact locations of the other three Twin Peaks coming to the city have yet to be announced.

Twin Peaks is also planning to expand in southern Indiana, Columbus and Cincinnati. The chain has over 100 locations across the country.

Cost: $500,000

Size: 2,670 square feet

Developer: WMB Oxmoor Properties Holdings LLC
