The 'Westworld' Season Three Comic Con Trailer Shows A Very Different World

In classic Westworld fashion, the trailer will leave fans obsessively guessing what's coming next.

A New Trailer Out Of Comic Con

San Diego Comic Con 2019 had plenty of surprises this year, including the trailer for the upcoming His Dark Materials adaptation and a spectacular Marvel panel announcing a jam packed Phase 4. One of the most exciting sneak peeks fans got was easily the trailer for Westworld's third season, coming in 2020.

New Themes, New Characters

After the hosts escaped the park at the end of the second seasons, fans have been speculating over what comes next. While the trailer may leave you more confused than ever it did give us a look at a few major elements: Maeve in a WWII themed park (a flashback?), Aaron Paul's new character, and the no longer human Tessa Thompson.

It's a wild ride for sure, and it looks like the season may deliver on the promise to be better than the divisive second season.

Women Rule The (West)World

One of the major takeaways from the trailer is the prominence of Dolores, Maeve, and Charlotte are definitely in the forefront of the narrative. Long live Westworld, indeed.
