They have to survive the rough prison environment, outsmart the guards, and also come up with a plan to escape.
The film stars Tim Conway as Dewey and Chuck McCann as Wallace, the two deputies who enter the prison as convicts. We also see Joe Dorsey as Bill, Fred Covington as the Governor and Reni Santoni as Billie Joe.
