Earlier this year, Wendy filed for divorce from Kevin following 21 years of marriage after his mistress allegedly gave birth. Wendy said there was “no reasonable prospect of reconciliation between the parties.”

Wendy sought for their marital property to be equitably divided and establish a child support amount.

Kevin responded seeking spousal support and attorney fees from Wendy but admitting the marriage was over.

Back in August, the couple listed for sale the New Jersey mansion they lived in.

Sources close to the situation tell The Blast, both Wendy and Kevin were well aware that the home was going up for sale, but apparently the public listing drew so much attention that the real estate agent was asked to "take it off the market" immediately.

Wendy has moved into a high-rise luxury apartment in New York. She continues living her best life, getting back into the dating game.

Over the summer, Wendy grabbed dinner with “RHOA” star Nene Leakes, had lunch with former editor-at-large of Vogue magazine, Andre Leon Talley, spent time with Tiffany Haddish and went to Rick Ross’ album release.
