Back To Work

Kevin O'Leary is back filming episodes of "Shark Tank," weeks after being involved in that fatal boat crash in Ontario.

It's being reported that the incident hasn't even been uttered on the set.

Two Killed In Ontario Boat Crash

Two people were killed in the August incident, when the boat O'Leary was riding in collided with another boat. O'Leary's wife, Linda, was operating the vessel when the crash happened.

O'Leary has been cooperating with authorities, and earlier put out a statement regarding the incident.

Lights Are At Issue

In question is whether the navigation lights on the second boat were on.

In a statement, O'Leary said:

"Late Saturday night I was a passenger in a boat that had a tragic collision with another craft that had no navigation lights on and then fled the scene of the accident. I am fully cooperating with authorities."

"Out of respect for the families who have lost loved ones and to fully support the ongoing investigation, I feel it is inappropriate to make further comments at this time. My thoughts are with all the families affected."

'Shark Tank' Gearing Up For This Season

Popculture.com reports that police have been interviewing people near where the crash took place, so the situation continues to unfold.

The 11th season of "Shark Tank" begins Sept. 29.
