The Weeknd hit the stage for the Super Bowl 55 halftime show Sunday, pulling off an impressive and massive spectacle, which viewers recognized as an incredible feat given the fact that we are in the middle of a pandemic.

During the 13-minute show, The Weeknd delivered amazing visuals and performed some of his best hits like "Starboy," "The Hills," "Can't Feel My Face," "I Feel It Coming," "Save Your Tears," "Earned It," and, arguable the biggest song of 2020, the Tik Tok favorite, "Blinding Lights."

In January it was revealed that The Weeknd spent $7 Million of his own money to make the halftime show what he envisioned, and on Sunday, we saw that vision come to life and viewers loved every second of it. In fact, following the performance, fans rushed to social media, many boldly stating that it was the greatest halftime performance they've ever seen. Celebrities also took to Twitter like Nick Carter, who wrote: "Thank you @theweeknd for giving us a halftime performance that the world needed. LOVED IT!!"
