The Weeknd is straight-up BALLIN with a new $25 million penthouse in Beverly Hills.
According to reports, The Weekend (real name: Abel Tesfaye) has decided to move out of his current mansion into a massive bachelor pad.
The property was so exclusive the listing did not even provide the asking price of $25 million. The description reads, “Masterfully designed with the mogul in mind, this bespoke 8,000-square-foot penthouse is impeccably outfitted with a custom blueprint infused with elegance.”
Further, “Occupying the 18th level of the most exclusive residential tower in Los Angeles, this luxury penthouse not only offers panoramic unobstructed views of the city below, but a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Dramatic 11-12 foot ceilings transform the unit into a gallery of light and seemingly unending space, resulting in a unique curated experience.”
The penthouse condo is located in the ultra-luxurious Beverly West 21-story high rise. The building only has 35 residences. The Weeknd’s new pad is over 8,215 sq. ft. with 360-degree views of Los Angeles from your balcony.
Beverly Hills comes with a variety of amenities for the residences who paid big bucks to live there. They include 24-hour personnel in the lobby, private doorman, security team on site, valet parking who greet you on arrival, automobile care and secure elevators.
The fancy community includes a high-tech gym, stretching room, private training/Pilates room, saltwater swimming pool with whirlpool spa. They even provide a small number of housekeeper quarters, to house your help outside your home.
Each unit is designed completely unique with custom fixtures, finishes and appliances. The property was listed by the uber-fancy real estate company Hilton & Hyland.
The Weeknd could be needing a chance of scenery after dealing with a trespasser coming on to the property of his other Los Angeles home.
Back in September, a trespasser was apprehended near the home of The Weekend’s Hidden Hills home, located in a gated community near Calabasas.
The community security called police after they spotted the alleged trespasser, and the man was questioned by police. Multiple Sheriff deputies responded to the incident. The Weeknd will most likely be selling off his Hidden Hills home. He will no longer be neighbors with Kim Kardashian, Kanye West and French Montana.
The move comes months after he split from model Bella Hadid. The two broke up in August with long-distance being a problem.
Recently, fans went crazy after The Weeknd and Bella were spotted together after their breakup. Many believed the two were dating again but that was quickly shut down. Sources confirmed they were just friends and not in a romantic relationship.
The Weeknd recently reactivated his Instagram account after months of being gone. Many believe he is set to drop new music or announce a project.
