Further, “Occupying the 18th level of the most exclusive residential tower in Los Angeles, this luxury penthouse not only offers panoramic unobstructed views of the city below, but a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Dramatic 11-12 foot ceilings transform the unit into a gallery of light and seemingly unending space, resulting in a unique curated experience.”

The penthouse condo is located in the ultra-luxurious Beverly West 21-story high rise. The building only has 35 residences. The Weeknd’s new pad is over 8,215 sq. ft. with 360-degree views of Los Angeles from your balcony.

Back in September, a trespasser was apprehended near the home of The Weekend’s Hidden Hills home, located in a gated community near Calabasas.

The community security called police after they spotted the alleged trespasser, and the man was questioned by police. Multiple Sheriff deputies responded to the incident. The Weeknd will most likely be selling off his Hidden Hills home. He will no longer be neighbors with Kim Kardashian, Kanye West and French Montana.

The move comes months after he split from model Bella Hadid. The two broke up in August with long-distance being a problem.

Recently, fans went crazy after The Weeknd and Bella were spotted together after their breakup. Many believed the two were dating again but that was quickly shut down. Sources confirmed they were just friends and not in a romantic relationship.
