Christina Ricci has just settled her divorce and will have joint custody of her child, without paying any child or spousal support.

According to new legal documents, obtained by The Blast, the 'Wednesday' actress is now officially divorced from her ex-husband James Heerdegen and details of their settlement were filed with the Los Angeles County Courts.

In the agreement, Ricci will keep her house in Woodland Hills, California, and agreed to sell an apartment in Brooklyn, New York. The former couple will share proceeds from the sale of the NY apartment. After the sale, Christina agreed to pay James an "equalization payment" of $189,687. It reads, "The equalization payment amount is a compromise between the parties and each party agrees that the equalization payment agreed to by the parties equitably divides the community assets and debts, and other claims that either party has or may have against the other."

Normally, one of the parties will pay the other child and spousal support. As you know, the duo shares an 8-year-old son, Freddie. But, in this case, the two have agreed to pay each other ZERO. Ricci negotiated the deal with her celebrity attorney Samantha Spector, who has represented stars like Amber Heard and Kanye West. It pays to have a big-shot lawyer.

As for custody, the ex-couple will share joint legal and physical custody of their son. It was noted in the agreement that Ricci will have "primary physical custody" -- but it looks like they will share time with him and most important decisions.

The actress agreed to "continue to pay 100% of Freddie's private school tuition and his medical/dental/therapeutic expenses, tutors, and mutually agreeable extracurricular activities." But, she will reserve the right to make a major decision if there is a dispute.

The agreement states, "The parties acknowledge and agree that each party has sufficient assets and income to support Freddie according to his reasonable needs while Freddie is in each party's respective custody without the necessity of receiving child support from the other party."

Interestingly, the 'Wednesday' actress will be keeping her engagement and wedding rings as part of the deal. We are guessing she isn't wearing them around town, but they might be worth a pretty penny.

Also, Ricci will keep, "Any and all furniture, furnishings, artwork, and appliances, etc. located in her home."

The actress has been famous for many years and must have a load of celebrity memorabilia and cool items from her work over the years. So, she will be keeping, "Any and all personal property and effects including her art, antiques, clothing, memorabilia, watches, and jewelry in Petitioner's possession, custody, or control."

Plus, the agreement specifically calls out, "any and all professional goodwill, business goodwill, celebrity goodwill, or any other type of goodwill possessed by Ricci or any entity in which she owns any interest."

James Heerdegen is walking away with the other half of the proceeds from the NYC apartment sale. And.....his Subaru Forester.

As we reported, this marriage ended after Ricci called the police to the couple's home after a nasty fight. At the time, a protective order was issued by the cops for the actress, but no one was arrested. The incident was classified as a "domestic battery" call, and the police prohibited any contact between the spouses at the time.
