"Bound for Glory" film screening: 7 p.m. Thursday, Longmont Museum, 400 Quail Road, Longmont. Based upon his 1943 autobiography of the same name, "Bound for Glory" tells the story of legendary folk singer Woody Guthrie's early years before his rise to the top as a champion for the rights of migrant farm workers. Directed by Hal Ashby and starring David Carradine, the 1976 film was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Picture. $5-$10.
