Watching Josh Duhamel save a mouse on 'Today' will make your day

Josh Duhamel had to share the Today green room with a mouse Tuesday morning. Today showed footage of him capturing the small creature with a coffee cup. He told Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb that it was a “very heroic moment.”

Today host Al Roker posted a video on Twitter of Duhamel showing off the mouse in the cup, only to have it jump out again.

Host Savannah Guthrie blazed past the fact that Duhamel caught it and to the revelation that there was a mouse loose in the green room.

Gifford said the Duhamel, “You are a real-life hero.”
