What to Watch this week: “The Marvels” and “The Killer” hit theaters

Plus, The Santa Clauses is back, Big Brother 25 comes to an end, and more picks.

It's a big weekend for movies, with Brie Larson, Teyonah Parris, and Iman Vellani leading the way in The Marvels. Their three superheroes — Captain Marvel, Monica Rambeau, and Ms. Marvel — team up after discovering that something is linking them, causing them to physically swap places every time they use their powers.

Plus, Michael Fassbender stars in David Fincher's crime drama The Killer; Nicolas Cage stars in Dream Scenario, and Paul Giamatti reteams with Alexander Payne for The Holdovers.

On TV, Tim Allen is back in costume for the new season of The Santa Clauses, For All Mankind leaps into the 21st Century; Emma Stone stars in the new series The Curse; and the season finales of Big Brother, The Morning Show, Doom Patrol, Loki, Bosch: Legacy, Power Book IV: Force, and Upload.
