Dr. Seuss’ The Grinch Musical!
HOW/WHEN & WHERE TO WATCH: 8 p.m. on NBC
Just when it seemed the live TV musical might retreat into the wings, NBC is reviving the tradition with a live-ish broadcast of holiday musical Dr. Seuss' The Grinch, starring Glee's Matthew Morrison as the green meanie. It's a burst of theatrical cheer in a year that has seen stages stay dark for months on end. "The theater community needs this right now," Morrison tells EW. "The theater-going community having been deprived of theater for nine months now, and I wanted to do something to give them a gift for this holiday season." Filmed in London's West End, the production brings to life Who-ville in colorful glory to remind us all of the true meaning of Christmas. —Maureen Lee Lenker

HOW/WHEN & WHERE TO WATCH: 9 p.m. on Bravo
Last week marked a turning point in the season, as the March arrival of the coronavirus brought the series’ usual dramas to a screeching halt. This week, the ladies enter uncharted territory (dare we call it unprecedented) for the franchise, recording themselves at home in quarantine. The abruptly altered reality brings out new sides of the 'wives, including tension between Shannon and her boyfriend John, the toughest test yet for Braunwyn on her sobriety journey, and Elizabeth having to sit with her still-evolving feelings regarding her divorce. Meanwhile, Kelly crosses the country to be with her fiancé Rick — lockdown be damned. —Mary Sollosi

HOW/WHEN & WHERE TO WATCH: 10 p.m. on Bravo
We return to Mary’s Met Gala-themed luncheon, whatever that means, to pick back up with her and Jen, whose argument (which began, lest we forget, with an accusation of “smelling like hospital”) firmly resists resolution. Later on, we check in with some of the Salt Lake ladies’ family happenings, including with Whitney and her father, whose struggles with addiction continue. Meanwhile, Meredith sees her husband Seth, who brings up the possibility of her leaving Utah for Ohio — which is not what she wants to hear. —MS
