Watch Tommy Wiseau of 'The Room' get down (sort of) to a music video by the Armed

Detroit hardcore band the Armed decided to try something a little different for their latest video. They got Tommy Wiseau — the writer, director, star, and overall “mastermind” behind the midnight classic The Room — to dress up in a Swamp Thing furry suit and, well, sit there and react to their latest single, “Role Models, which is from their forthcoming LP Only Love.

That’s it. It’s exactly as we said. This is either total brilliance or you won’t get it whatsoever, but either way, it’s worth a look just because this sort of thing doesn’t come around all that often. The video premiered within Adult Swim’s Toonami block on March 3.

Wiseau stopped by Yahoo Entertainment on Feb. 27 for a Facebook chat in which he discussed meeting banned Olympic figure skater Tonya Harding at a Golden Globes after-party, James Franco’s portrayal of Wiseau in The Disaster Artist, his new underwear line, and more. Watch the full interview below.
